Joe Ashkin
CEO & President
Joe Ashkin has been a driving force at Falcon Express Transportation since 1983 initially driving the Sales department and has served as President and CEO since 2004. Known for his approachable leadership and forward-thinking vision, Joe has guided Falcon through decades of change in the courier logistics industry. His commitment to both customer satisfaction and employee well-being is at the heart of every decision he makes. Under Joe’s leadership, Falcon has grown into the Mid-Atlantic’s premier provider of ground transportation and third-party logistics—continually evolving to meet the needs of a fast-paced, competitive market.
Meet the Team
Joey Ashkin
Vice President
Joey joined Falcon Express Transportation in 2013, though his connection to the company began earlier as a high school intern. As a third-generation member of the family business, Joey brings a deep understanding of Falcon’s values and operations. He began his career in sales, supporting overnight distribution, same day/on-demand, and dedicated routed services.
Joey also forged strategic partnerships with regional carriers to expand Falcon’s reach. In 2016, he began leading special projects and client-site operations. Now serving as Vice President, Joey remains hands-on in both sales and daily operations, driving growth and innovation.
Michael Nalls
COO Falcon Express
Michael joined Falcon Express Transportation in 1985 as a driver and quickly advanced through every frontline role in Operations. His hands-on experience shaped a practical, people-focused leadership style that propelled him into senior management by the early 1990s. As Vice President of Operations, he launched Falcon’s Routed Division and later the Regional Next Day Delivery Service—both now key revenue drivers.
Today, as Chief Operating Officer, Michael leads with over four decades of industry expertise, driving innovation and operational excellence while positioning Falcon as a leader in Same Day and Next Day delivery across the Mid-Atlantic.
Scott Collack
Vice President of Sales
Scott Collack brings over 35 years of sales and leadership experience, including a strong track record of driving growth and building high-performing teams. Since joining Falcon Express in March 2025, he has focused on strengthening client relationships and expanding the company’s presence in the logistics space.
A Purdue University graduate raised in Indiana, Scott’s Midwestern values of integrity and hard work shape his hands-on leadership style. Outside of work, he’s a proud husband and father, a passionate Purdue football fan, and a dedicated supporter of the Houston Texans.
Anna Blautzik
Controller
Anna joined the company in 1996 right out of college and has worked in all aspects of the accounting department, currently she serves as our Controller and manages the accounting department.
Anna graduated from UMD School of Business (GO TERPS!) with a BS in Business Management (heavy on the accounting classes). While attending school she worked for Chevy Chase Bank training tellers. When Anna is not working, she likes to be with her family playing ball hockey, pickleball, baking and gardening.
Amos Munyan
General Manager
Amos has been with Falcon Express for more than 32 years. He has managed the Same Day Rush and Routed divisions 20+ years. Prior to this, he was in management at UPS and Roadway Package System (now FedEx Ground). Amos performed logistics planning, budgeting, and scheduling for 24/7 operations and oversaw four remote offices serving the banking and medical industries.
Amos values extreme customer satisfaction, receiving multiple accolades from customers which in turn, helped Falcon Express to become a leader in the regional transportation market. Amos enjoys family, travel, sports, and is active in his church.
Eric Robertson
Director of Information Technology
With over 30 years of experience in the IT field, 25 of those with Falcon Express, Eric serves as the backbone of the company’s information systems. He manages the full spectrum of technologies involved in the creation, transport, storage, and analysis of data in all forms, including voice, video, and digital content.
Eric’s deep expertise and unwavering commitment to cybersecurity ensure that Falcon Express’s systems remain robust, reliable, and secure. His proactive approach to IT infrastructure supports seamless operations and safeguards the integrity of the company’s information assets.
Alex Bender
Director Of Human Resources
Alex has been working in the logistics industry since 2020. She began as a delivery driver before joining Falcon in 2022. As a previous Michigan transplant, she had the challenge of building her knowledge of the DMV network from scratch. She quickly acclimated and used her first hand experience to implement practical procedures to help develop employee success.
Alex took on her latest role in the company in 2025 and is now focused on the expansion of methods to further guide Falcon to thrive. In her free time, she likes to explore the outdoors and enjoys spending time with her dog, Tripp.
Shane Condon
Director of Administration
Shane joined the team in December 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a strategic mindset to his role as Director of Administration. He oversees a broad range of responsibilities including insurance management, custom reporting, project oversight, and operational coordination.
With a detail-oriented approach and a strong focus on efficiency, Shane plays a key role in streamlining internal processes and supporting cross-functional initiatives. His leadership ensures that administrative operations run smoothly, enabling the company to maintain high standards of performance and service delivery across all departments.
